RULES & REGULATIONS
AUTO LOTTO CAR LOTTERY FOR HEALTHCARE
1. Total value of all prizes is $41,472.91
2. A maximum of 8294 tickets are available for purchase.
3. Ticket prices are: $25 CAD each, 5 tickets for $100 CAD or 20 tickets for $250 CAD.
4. Valid tickets are receipted and sent proof of purchase.
5. Only valid tickets are eligible for the draw.
6. Tax receipts cannot be issued for ticket purchases.
7. Ticket purchasers must be located in the province of Ontario at time of purchase.
8. Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age.
9. Tickets cannot be purchased for or in the name of persons less than 18 years of age.
10. The following, and family residing in the household are not eligible to purchase tickets:
- Staff of the Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation
- Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation Board
- Pembroke Regional Hospital Board
- Pembroke Regional Hospital Senior Leadership Team
- Management of Hyundai Pembroke
11. The three early-bird draws are valued at $6,500.00 total.
12. Early Bird Draws:
Early Bird #1 – Draw date on October 17th at 11:30am. 1 winner. 2 x tickets to a World Junior Hockey Game 2024 in Ottawa, ON + $500 Visa Gift Card - $1500 Value.
Early Bird #2 – Draw date on November 7th at 11:30am. 5 winners each receive a $500 Grocery Gift Card - $2500 Value.
Early Bird #3 – Draw date on November 28th at 11:30am. 5 winners each receive a $500 Gas Gift Card - $2500 Value.
13. Main draw prize is a 2024 Hyundai Kona AWD Essential SUV valued at $34,972.91 or $30,000.00 cash (to be paid by cheque).
14. Main draw occurs at 11:30am on December 12 th, 2024 at 705 Mackay St, Pembroke, ON K8A 1G8.
15. All valid tickets included in the early-bird prize draw, including the early-bird winning ticket, will be included in the main draw.
16. Winning ticket number, and name and place of residence of the winner(s) will be recorded and announced immediately after each draw through the event website.
17. Lottery winners will be notified by a Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation representative. Such notification will include information about the prize claim procedure.
18. Winning ticket number and name of winner will be broadcast by the Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation for the Auto Lotto Car Lottery for Healthcare.
19. Early-bird draw prizes can be picked up at the prize supplier business or shipping can be arranged.
20. A representative from the Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation will be present at all draws.
21. Main draw prize (SUV) is awarded on an unconditional ownership basis inclusive of all taxes, freight charges, pre-delivery inspection (PDI) costs and dealer fees.
22. Only ticket purchasers of Auto Lotto for Healthcare 2024 are able to purchase 50/50 tickets as an add on to their Auto Lotto ticket purchase.
23. Winner of the main prize has the choice of the 2024 Hyundai Kona AWD Essential SUV or $30,000 cash. If the vehicle prize is chosen the winner must take delivery of vehicle as awarded and is responsible for licensing and insurance from the time of delivery/ownership. Delivery of the vehicle is P.O.D., Pembroke, Ontario.
24. Prizes will be awarded free and clear of any mortgage, lien or any other encumbrances.
25. Prizes will be secured for a period of six (6) months following each draw. Unclaimed prizes will be reported to, and a charitable allocation will be approved by, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
26. Privacy Policy: Personal information is collected for the sole purpose of completing ticket sales, identifying ticket purchasers and communicating with purchasers. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

29. In these Rules and Regulations, and in all electronic or printed material related to this lottery:
a) “AGCO” means the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario;
b) “Auto Lotto Car Lottery for Healthcare” means the AGCO approved electronic lottery system designed by Canadian Bank Note and operated by the Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation for the conduct of this lottery;
c) “Dashboard” means the Dashboard component of the computer-controlled system designed by Canadian Bank Note for the conduct of this lottery;
d) “Draw” means the random selection of a winning ticket number by the Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation through the Auto Lotto lottery system;
e) “Player” means a person who is eligible to participate in this lottery in accordance with the Rules and Regulations;
f) “Prize” means the consideration or item identified by the Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation that is provided to the winner of a draw in return for the purchase of a valid ticket;
g) “Ticket Number” means a unique numerical sequence randomly issued by the Auto Lotto Car Lottery for Healthcare as set out on a Valid Ticket;
h) “Valid Ticket” means Auto Lotto Lottery ticket issued by the Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation that is not void;
i) “Winner” means the person who is the bearer of a winning ticket and who satisfies all conditions established by the charity to claim the prize;
j) “Winning Number” means the number of a valid ticket selected as the winner during a draw;
k) “Winning Ticket” means a valid ticket that bears a ticket number matching the winning number of a draw.
26. These Rules and Regulations are effective as of October 3, 2024.
